Curiosity is a good thing, but it works well with a little skepticism alongside it. When I read about SightCare, I let myself be curious while staying alert to exaggerated language. The calmer, more informative sources are the ones I trust more. I find that separating genuine information from hype makes the whole topic easier to think about. It also helps me avoid rushed decisions I might regret. This balance has served me across many wellness subjects.
