Employees Turnover In Public Universities In Uganda
In this research, we examined three sets of antecedents of employees turnover in public universities in Uganda: demographic, controllable and uncontrollable. Information have been collected from lecturers and directors at the schools. Our findings counsel that the extent of controllable turnover is larger than uncontrollable turnover and that poor administration practices are the major https://kiu.ac.ug trigger of employee turnover.
